Do we need a full job description to start?
No – and most of our best engagements started with a problem statement, not a job description. Tell us what you’re trying to solve, what the budget looks like, and what good looks like to you. We’ll help shape the rest.
How is this different from a recruitment company?
A recruitment agency finds candidates and hands them over. Our service covers the entire lifecycle – search, employment, payroll, equipment, and ongoing account management – under one monthly fee. No upfront placement cost, no second vendor for employment and one more for equipment.
How is this different from Deel or Remote?
Deel and Remote are employment platforms – they employ people you’ve already found. Our service includes the search and the day-to-day management. We headhunt, assess, and shortlist the candidates, then employ, equip and manage them. We assist them in their local needs. One service, one invoice, one point of accountability.
How long from first call to placed specialist?
Typically 3–6 weeks from discovery call to signed offer, depending on the role and seniority. We’ll give you a realistic timeline on the first call – we don’t start a search we can’t deliver.
What roles beyond engineering can you place?
Any digital role. Customer success, data science, finance, marketing, operations, HR, sales – if it requires genuine expertise and sits in front of a screen, we’ve placed it or can place it. Our highest-volume placements are engineers and CS teams, but we’re not limited to either.
What happens if the person doesn’t work out?
Every placement comes with a 3-month replacement guarantee. If things don’t work out within the first 90 days, we restart the search at no additional cost.
Can we eventually transfer to our own entity?
Yes – and we’ll help you do it when the time is right. If you’re building a team of 15+ and want to own the operation outright, that’s a Build-Operate-Transfer conversation. We handle the entity setup, contract novation, and full handover.
Can we start with one person and scale?
Absolutely – most engagements start with one hire. Once that person is placed and settled, scaling the team is straightforward. Same process, same pricing, no volume commitments required.
