Can you design the team composition if we only have a project description?
Yes – that’s a common starting point. Give us a high-level brief and we’ll recommend the roles, seniority levels, and team structure needed to deliver it.
What's the minimum and maximum project duration?
No minimum or maximum – engagements are scoped to the project. Most run 3–9 months but we’ve supported both shorter sprints and multi-year programmes.
Can project team members convert to permanent roles after the project?
Yes – if a contractor proves to be the right long-term fit, we can discuss transitioning them to Staff Augmentation, EOR or Contractor of Record. Just flag it early so we can structure the engagement correctly.
Do you source from Eastern Europe only?
No – we source across Eastern Europe, Latin America and India – through our established partner network. The decision is with the client, if he has a prefference or budget constraint. We will advise on market differences on our discovery call.
What daily rates should I expect?
Rates usualy start from $25/hour and can go up to $50 for Seniors from a prime location and $60+/hour for leadership or niche roles. Every engagement is scoped and agreed upfront before work begins. Budget constraints are considered.
What happens if a team member isn't working out mid-project?
We replace them. Our partner network gives us depth – if someone isn’t delivering to expectations, we move quickly to find the right replacement without derailing the project timeline.
How fast can you deliver the first shortlist?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of receiving the brief, depending on role complexity and market. We’ll give you a realistic timeline on the discovery call.
Do you handle IP and NDA agreements with contractors?
Yes – IP assignment and confidentiality clauses are included in contractor engagement documents as standard. We recommend this for any contractor accessing proprietary systems or code.
