Our Story
Nine years ago, Perpetum’s founder Kamen Bochev stepped away from a Fortune 50 enterprise career with a simple belief: that digital teams could be built faster, better, and closer to the client. He started in Bulgaria, founding South Gate Tech – a software house with a tight network, high standards, and a shortlist-first mentality.
Years later, a merger with a global outsourcer expanded the operation into Poland and Ukraine, broadening the talent pool and the client base. A few years later, the team became part of a London venture studio, which brought a new perspective: the problems of solo founders and early-stage startups, and what it actually takes to build a team from zero when speed and budget are everything.
Perpetum is the next step: an independent, global service stepping on everything that came before. Three continents, one team, one way of working.
