This website is operated by South Gate Tech EOOD, trading as Perpetum, a company registered in Bulgaria. Our registered address is Betahaus Business Park, Sofia, Bulgaria.

We provide nearshore staffing, Employer of Record, and talent acquisition services to clients in the US, UK, and EU.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to inbound business enquiries.

Meeting bookings (Calendly)
When you book a discovery call via our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and meeting preferences on our behalf. We use this information to prepare for and conduct the booked meeting. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform: calendly.com/privacy

Live chat (Chatlab)
If you use the chat widget on our website, Chatlab may collect your name, email address, and the content of your chat conversation. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and improve our service. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Chatlab’s privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This tool collects anonymised data including pages visited, time spent on the site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

CRM (Pipedrive)
Information you submit via our contact form or chat may be stored in our Pipedrive CRM system for the purpose of managing our business relationship with you. Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised Perpetum team members. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

3. How long we keep your data

Contact form and chat enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

Meeting booking records: up to 24 months from the date of the meeting.

CRM records: for the duration of our business relationship, and up to 36 months thereafter, unless you request deletion.

Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party processors to operate our website and services:

  • Google Analytics (analytics) — United States. Data transfer covered by Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Calendly (meeting scheduling) — United States. Data transfer covered by Calendly’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Chatlab (live chat) — data processed per Chatlab’s terms.
  • Pipedrive (CRM) — Estonia/EU. Subject to GDPR as an EU-based processor.

5. International data transfers

Some of our third-party processors are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — specifically Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission — to protect your data in line with GDPR requirements.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the data we hold about you
  • The right to correct inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to restrict or object to processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD) at kzld.bg, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
