We headhunt, assess, and shortlist the candidates, then employ, equip and manage them. We assist them in their local needs. One service, one invoice, one point of accountability.

Typically 3–6 weeks from discovery call to signed offer, depending on the role and seniority. We’ll give you a realistic timeline on the first call – we don’t start a search we can’t deliver.
