Perpetum was built for leaders who do not have time to gamble on remote hiring. When a role sits open for months, work slows down, customers feel it, and growth gets delayed. Our job is to remove that friction and make building a team in Eastern Europe feel clear, fast, and stable.
Perpetum is founded by the team behind South Gate Tech (acquired and became Beetroot Bulgaria) and by the local delivery team for the UK software house SkillWork. It is led by Kamen Bochev, an operator known for stepping into the messy parts and getting things done. Over the years, he and his teams have helped companies hire for roles they struggled to fill for months, then keep those teams running with predictable delivery.

Perpetum continues a delivery model that has been running since 2018, shaped through long-standing teams and in-field client work. The difference now is focus and proximity.
